At the end of the year, Epica will visit the USA again. The song 'Kingdom of Heaven' was often requested during our previous leg in the US so it will be on the setlist this time! Also the production will be bigger compared to last time. A bigger crew and better lightshow to give our fans with the best possible live experience. We look very much forward to this 5th US tour!!! We are happy to announce that we will play at the 8th edition of Metal Female Voices Fest! Epica will perform a special show with extra attention for the early 'Phantom Agony' period. It's been 8 years ago that Epica played the first edition of the Metal Female Voices Fest. Since that day a lot of things have changed for the festival and the band but one thing is still the same: a shared deep passion for female fronted metal! So on this edition we go back to the roots and play some songs for you which we hardly play live anymore! |

Epica on tour with special guests ReVamp (NL) and Kells (Fr) 'Once upon a time' Mark Jansen (Epica) and Floor Jansen (ReVamp) started making music in the band called After Forever. Today they will join forces again on a European tour, together with the French band Kells. Epica very much looks forward to this tour as it's a great package that will attract and fulfill the wishes of many fans! A great opportunity for ReVamp to introduce themselves to the European audience! The three bands on this tour all have their own and distinctive sound, which will guarantee you a varied and heavy evening! ReVamp will open this special night, followed by Kells and headliner Epica. The second leg of the "Design Your Universe" European tour is shaping up nicely. Dates in Norway and Hungary have been added. Epica will also visit some new countries for the first time. Russia was already in the tourlist but on our way back we will stop in Lithuania as well!!! These dates are already in early September so make sure to get your tickets fast!!!

The 16th of October, Epica will perform in Epica's headquarter and Mark's hometown: Reuver City! As this is gonna be a special event Epica will play a show with an extra big production and special elements. The venue has a capacity of 1000 people and the expectation is that it will sell out so be sure to get your tickets in time! This friday, Epica will perform on one of the biggest festivals of the Netherlands; Pinkpop!
Epica will have the honour to open the festival on the mainstage at 3 PM (15:00 hrs). If you are going, be sure to get there in time to rock with us!!! We will also do a signingsession at the Free Record Shop on the festival. Epica will sign your stuff from 6 till 7 PM (18:00 - 19:00 hrs). |

| Epica to tour North America with Scar Symmetry, Mutiny Within & Blackguard | |

With the overwhelming success of the last trek through North America earlier this year, we will return to the U.S. and Canada for 24 headlining shows with Nuclear Blast labelmates SCAR SYMMETRY, as well as MUTINY WITHIN and BLACKGUARD. The tour is set to launch on November 16 in West Springfield, Virginia and wrap up in Raleigh, North Carolina on December 18. This will be EPICA's fifth North American tour to date! Sweden Rock has been confirmed for Epica. This is great news for Epica and their Swedish fans! The performance will be on Saturday the 12th of June.  100 tickets have been sold already in the very first week for our show in New York (the 19th of November - 2010). As our previous shows in New York (USA) and Montreal (Canada) earlier this year were sold out, we have decided to come back at the end of this year! In a few days the guys and girl from Epica will travel to Brasil to start their South American Tour 2010. This part of the Design Your Universe world tour will take Epica to Brasil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Uruguay.
The show in Lima, Peru has already been sold out!! The show in Buenos Aires, Argentina is almost sold out, only 100 tickets left!! The other shows are also going pretty fast, so if you don't have your tickets yet.... be sure to get them in time. Simone, Isaac and Coen will be in Sao Paulo a day early to perform in 2 TV-shows and on Radio Kiss FM. They will play some special acoustic songs, so keep your eyes and ears open! The show in Sao Paulo will be extra special one since we will shoot DVD-footage for an upcoming DVD. So if you haven't got a ticket yet! Get it now and be extra loud on the 10th of April.
